Multi-Actor Symposium on Biocultural Diversity and Social-Ecological Resilience

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Participants: The symposium is open to other participants of the PECS congress, which allows us to easily simulate the number of assistants.
The presentations on the panel will provide an approach on different perspectives and generative questions that will work as a basis for a more diverse and extensive dialogue during the workshop.

Multi-Actor Dialogue on Biocultural Diversity and Social-Ecological Resilience Workshop
Date: Saturday and Sunday, 11th and 12th of November, 2017.
Place: Ecoturixtlán, Sierra Norte, Ixtlán, Oaxaca.
Duration: Two days; 48 hours.
Participants: Members of the indigenous and rural communities, the civil society organizations, the academy, government,artists and communicators, from approximately 10 different countries (most of them from the global south). There will be a total of 50 participants (including the facilitators).
